Boat naming: Parisha Dhirendra Joshi

The club recently invited all its members to take part in an online auction to name one of our newly acquired boats. Craig Batton, former LORC chair, secured the winning bid.

Craig used the opportunity to name the boat after one of his closest friends, Parisha Joshi, to mark the 20 years they have known each other and as memorial to her father, who sadly passed away in the previous year during the Covid-19 lockdown period.
