A massive congratulations to Grant ‘Ralphie’ Ralph, co-founder of the London Otters and coach extraordinaire, who just won Volunteer of the Year for Thames region at the British Rowing Awards.

He is now shortlisted for the national prize and we could not be more excited.

Ralphie’s dedication to the club, particularly his exceptional coaching of countless Learn-to-Row courses, is awe-inspiring.
